Hey guy,
This is Paul F/ the Geekadrome. I was checking out how our LJ site was comeing up on google search. Low and Behold acouple of your groups posts showed up. Long story short. I noticed you guys were looking for a new place to play. but I have to admit I am still new to Warhammer myself, and I only know "of" Blood Bowl. however if you are looking for a place to play in our area, I could look into rearangeing some stuff. I'd love to beable to talk with someone about what all would be needed to play afew games in our store. If you think this is cool hit me back at geekadrome@gmail.com
W00t,
Paul |

Looks like their interested in helping us, heck even bring in more GW product into their store. If their willing to listen I don’t see the harm in helping them out with some advice, materials would be another matter. I’ll check them out later since I have late shift now, anyone else care to join? _________________ Dueling Dice - Gaming Blog

Well I called down this morning, thier hours at as follows: Mon thru Sat 11am to 11pm, Sun 11am to 8pm. The guy there said that they could push some of thier tables together to get a 5x5 table. I was going to go to the store this morning but got lost with the directions MSN gave me and had to abort my visit, but I plan on going down tomorrow after work (should be there around 8:30pm). I'll take pictures of the place and get a better sense of thier capasity.
I'm also thinking of setting up a terrain building party to get some donations for the place if they don't have any. _________________ Dueling Dice - Gaming Blog

Its pretty easy to get there; through the Liberty tubes and straight until you get to Brookline Blvd, which is a slight left immediately past McDonalds. Then follow that until you see a CVS on the right and turn slight right. They are in the first block after CVS, plenty of parking out front, but is it metered.
As for room, what I saw was room for one, maybe two tables, so it doesn't seem like open gaming could be a big hit there, as not much could happen at once. Other clubs seem to do well with scheduling your games with opponents beforehand, so maybe we would have to get into that way of doing things. _________________ My stompa w.i.p.:

It was getting to the Liberty Tunnel that was the hard part, I should have went with my gut and took Exit 2C to Dusquene instead of the 1C exit to Grant that MSN lead me to. _________________ Dueling Dice - Gaming Blog

Well I had a nice long chat with Paul I believe his name was…
I got to the store last night, while he doesn’t have any tables we can technically play on yet, he is building them and scenery, turns out the guy is a budding Necron player. I talked with him about his plans for us war gamers and this is what I got:
- He plans to have space and set up for 4 tables, I informed him that was a bit much for the size, but three will fit nicely.
- Once their more settled in he will be giving space in the back room for shelves for terrain and even case storage (not something many games use, but the thought was nice) and space for a single table for pick up games through out the week (nice touch)
- They don’t have many product in store right now, but they offer to order what they don’t have and even have lay-a-way opinion (interesting)
Gaming schedule wise the following day seemed to be taken:
Wednsday - CCGs
Friday – MTG
Saturday – D&D
Since he’s open late during the week it wouldn’t bee to hard to get in a game or two during the weekdays. Anyone get a bus line planned to this place yet? _________________ Dueling Dice - Gaming Blog
