Hmm i want to outnumber people by....alot so i mean a unit of 20 NG's with a boss musician and standard with spears is only 100 points.
This means i can easily expand small point troops and use specials on what i want (boar boyz, rock lobbas, and black orcs)
For rare probobly a giant or trolls
Doom diver sounds funny and effective so may be a possibility!

You want to see outnumbering, wait until you see the difference in the # of models I bring for Dwarves and for Skaven. If you are paying for those spears, I'll probably be the one outnumbering you.

True that only Skaven will have a good chance of outnumbering. Of course the dwarves will also be tougher than you and you will need the outnumbering to beat them.

well yes dwarves expect to be outnumbered and they are much better then goblins in a 1v1 fight but its never 1v1 for O&G

My basic troops will get to hit you on 3s and wound on 4s with you hitting on 4s and wounding on 5s. it gets even worse if I take some upgraded troops. hitting on 3s, wounding on 3s and you hit on 5s and wound on 5s. You better hope for those rank bonuses, because you will need them.
Against my skaven you will be on better terms 1vs1 but you will probably lose outnumbering and my 2 point slaves will fight just as good as your 3pt goblins. lets not even mention the fact that my cowardly skaven will probably be the ones with the better Ld...

Skaven get to add thier rank bonus to leadership. As thier basic troop start at 5 and thier heroes have 6, you could see ld8 or even ld9. At 2k I could have a warloard that has ld7 and get ld10.

Right, here's a list I've been doing some thinking about for awhile, different from other lists I made in here. Needless to say they're all a little lacking in field tests. I have however played a couple games with smaller versions of the older lists, awhile ago. And I played one game with a smaller version of this list over the weekend, showed me a few things about how things work, some aspects of the game I hadn't been introduced to yet (Magic! Artillery! Shooting! [wot?! derez shootin' in dis game too??? aww krap, weedy gitz! - Krimzun]).

no idea what the trolls will do and id prob try to get some wolf riders in there but thats just me, otherwise it doesnt look that bad

I've already got a 2k list, which I'll post presently. I guess I don't really know what the trolls are for either. I had a rare choice open, it was going to be filled by a giant, who turned out to be too expensive for the list, and I've yet to have (or see) a very worthwhile experience with one anyways, so I figured even with stupidity trolls should have better staying power and do about as well providing a nice wall to put in front of my warmachines.
And I don't really want to paint more boyz than I already have to, so I don't want to switch them out for that. And the Wolf models are very fugly, IMO. Definitely not a fan of them. Only way I'd do wolfriders is if I used all goblin hero models, the new ones with the good looking wolves, and that's stupid expensive. 
A unit of 7 wolfriders with shields is 121pts, which puts me at 3k precisely if I replace trolls with them. Not bad, but again, wolfrider wolves are quite fugly.

They're mostly a sneaky way for premeasuring to units I plan on shooting the artillery at. If they happen to do something, great! Not sure if I'll keep them in the list. As I get used to guess range (again...haven't used that crap in awhile ), I'm sure I'll need to utilize that less and less.
They did allow for some pretty accurate 'guesses' in the game against stewart, though. Aside from two misfires, my lobbas were probably the most reliable units in the army. Which is quite pathetic-- but we'll work on it.

Actually, I'm not sure if that's legal, I think you have to fire your guess range weapons first. The way to get ranging shots is to take magic missiles. That one is 100% legal.
